AgentBuggy

Terms of service

You choose the work. AI proposes the result. You decide what ships.

Effective date: September 10, 2026. These terms are between you and CMM Prime LLC (“we,” “us”). They cover AgentBuggy, its website, iPhone app, and Mac companion. Contact hello@swipebetter.ai.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using AgentBuggy, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter an agreement. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.

2. Your license and content

We grant you a limited, nonexclusive right to use AgentBuggy for lawful personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms and applicable platform rules. You retain ownership of your notes, screenshots, code, and other content. You give us only the permissions necessary to operate requested features and respond to support you request. You must have authority to submit content and authorize changes to a connected project. AgentBuggy branding and application materials remain ours or our licensors'.

3. Approval and AI work

Writing or organizing a note does not authorize execution. OK for AI approves the stated work and disclosed content sharing with OpenAI Codex through your Mac. Code work can inspect the connected project, prepare isolated changes, run checks, and prepare a review branch or draft pull request. A project or subsection switch controls eligibility; it does not independently approve a note.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, or unsuitable. Review and test it before relying on it. Ready for review is not a guarantee of correctness or a production release. Marking a note Completed records your acceptance; it does not merge or deploy code. Task approval does not authorize purchases, messages to others, production-data changes, account changes, merging, or deployment.

Stop and pause actions require the Mac to receive and acknowledge them. An offline request cannot instantly stop remote work. Preserve backups and monitor consequential tasks.

4. Connected services and availability

You are responsible for your devices, connected accounts, permissions, network, and any separate provider charges. The current workflow requires an awake Mac running the companion, an available Codex connection, and the configured private network. OpenAI, Apple, Tailscale, and Git hosting services operate under their own terms. AgentBuggy is independent and is not endorsed by those providers. We may improve or change features; we do not promise continuous availability or that a development release will remain supported indefinitely.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use AgentBuggy to violate law or others' rights, submit content you lack permission to process, compromise systems, distribute malicious software, bypass approval controls, impersonate others, or interfere with the service. Do not use it for high-stakes decisions requiring qualified professional judgment without appropriate independent review. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not override open-source licenses.

6. Subscriptions, free trial, and cancellation

Planned launch pricing: iPhone app: 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, then US$7.99 per month or US$69.99 per year, depending on the selected plan. The Mac companion is included at no additional charge.

Choose a monthly or annual iPhone subscription before starting the trial. For eligible new subscribers, the trial lasts three days; afterward, the selected plan renews automatically at its disclosed price unless canceled. Apple determines trial eligibility. Switching plans does not provide another introductory trial in the same subscription group.

Purchases are made through Apple's App Store and charged to your Apple Account. The App Store displays your local price, billing period, trial eligibility, and applicable taxes before you confirm a purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. To avoid a trial charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Uninstalling AgentBuggy does not cancel a subscription. Restore an existing purchase using the app's Restore Purchases control once subscriptions are available.

The Mac companion has no separate subscription fee. Codex and other third-party service charges are separate. Merely installing the app or visiting this website does not authorize a charge. Subscriptions described here are planned and are not available for purchase in this private preview. Refund requests are handled through Apple, subject to applicable law.

7. Privacy, ending use, and deletion

Our privacy policy describes data processing and your choices. You may stop using the app, stop AI work, revoke pairing, and request assistance with data we hold. Data controls explains why archiving, disconnecting, uninstalling, and deleting are different. Ending use does not automatically remove code, backups, Codex history, or copies in third-party services. We may restrict access to services we operate for unlawful or abusive use, with notice when appropriate.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent allowed by law, AgentBuggy is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not warrant AI-generated results. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of US$50 or amounts you paid us for it in the six months preceding the event. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot be limited.

9. Apple applications

Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a separate custom license is provided with the App Store listing. Apple is not responsible for providing our support. These terms do not expand the license granted under Apple's applicable terms or limit rights those terms provide.

10. Disputes and general terms

Please contact hello@swipebetter.ai so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or an invented exclusive venue. Applicable law and mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules govern. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

We may update these terms, publish a new effective date, and give additional notice where required. Material changes do not silently authorize new AI actions or new data uses. Contact: CMM Prime LLC, hello@swipebetter.ai.
