Your data. Your controls.
Pausing work, archiving notes, and deleting data do different things.
Stop or pause AI
Use Stop AI on a note, a project's AI switch, or Pause all AI work in Settings. The Mac must receive the request before execution stops. Look for acknowledgement; Pending sync does not mean the remote task has stopped.
Archive and restore
Archive project hides its notes from the main list and pauses that project's AI work. Archived projects can be restored with AI off. Archiving retains content and history; it is not a deletion request.
Disconnect devices
On the Mac, Disconnect paired iPhones revokes the pairing credential. This prevents access using the old connection key. It does not erase copies already saved on those phones or on the Mac.
Remove information
The current version uses local device pairing rather than a centrally hosted AgentBuggy account. To remove local or synchronized data, contact hello@swipebetter.ai for assistance identifying the copies on your devices before removing them. Uninstalling the iPhone app alone does not remove Mac data, backups, repository changes, or Codex conversations.
Delete Codex conversations through the relevant OpenAI account controls and review branches or pull requests through your Git hosting provider. We cannot promise to erase third-party or backup copies from an AgentBuggy action. Do not send us the contents of your private notebook to request help.
Earlier preview accounts
If you created a hosted account in the earlier AgentBuggy preview, disconnecting or uninstalling this new app does not delete that account. Contact support and identify that you used the earlier hosted preview. Its archived privacy notice remains available.
Request information we hold
For support messages or other personal information you supplied to us, contact hello@swipebetter.ai with your access, correction, deletion, or portability request. We will verify the request proportionately and handle it under applicable law. More information is in our privacy policy.
